The Young Greens of Windsor (YGW) is a student association (registered with UWSA) founded on the principles of the Global Greens Charter. This means that we support the ideas of being ecologically wise, socially just, democratic, nonviolent, sustainable and respectful of diversity, whether cultural or ecological. The work the YGW does around campus is based on these principles.
Our purpose is to share knowledge and ideas, to educate our peers on ecological matters, and to prove that responsible people can participate in politics.
